3) Aliteration: In Aliteration the sound of first letter of 2 or more consecutive words is repeated. It serves the same purpose as repetition in poetry writing, i.e. it gives a particular tune to the poem while reading it which gives pleasure to the reader and helps the poet to make the poem attractive. For eg. "Some say the world will end in fire."(reference: first flight) In the above line from a poem the sound of the two consecutive words some and say is repeated. 4) Resamblance: It means comparing one thing with other. You may have noticed that most of the poets don't like to express anything directly. They will compare it with something else. Hey guys, yesterday we have learnt how to write a poem, and we came to know that its very easy to write a poem. But its not that easy to write a "beautiful poem". Anyone can write a poem but there are very few poets who can write a beautiful poem. Can you tell me what is a beautiful poem? Its a poem which has the ability to attract the readers with the words or phrases used and how these words or phrases are structured. So today, we are going to learn about how to make a poem attractive. Have you ever noticed one thing? When we read a prose like article, story we may feel bored, but we never find a poetry boring. On the contrary we enjoy reding it. Its because of the method in which the words are structured in it. In a prose we use sentences in a straight, simple way but in poetries they are used in an uneven form.
